Sandy has lived in Roseburg since 1964. She and her husband Wayne have four children and 6 grandchildren. They own a ranch east of Roseburg where her husband, who is now retired from the construction business, raise cattle and horses. After 20 years of working in the fields of business and banking, Sandy opened American Home Lending, LLC in 2000. She believes in the American dream of home and small business ownership. She derives great satisfaction in helping people realize that dream of affordable ownership. Sandy has a deep commitment to her wonderful family, awesome employees, and this community. She believes business is all about helping the customer! Sandy believes strongly in giving back to the community in which she lives by contributing to and supporting local youth groups, civic functions and activities, service-oriented agencies, and local charitable organizations. She is very actively involved in the Shots for Tots program, a sponsor of Casa de Belen, American Legion Baseball, and Music on the Half Shell. Sandy is a member of the North Roseburg Rotary, Roseburg Optimist Club, and the Roseburg Chamber of Commerce. She has been heavily involved from the inception, with the annual “Duck Race” for Children which raises funds for the prevention of child abuse in Douglas County.
Sandy is currently serving on the Board for the Oregon Association of Mortgage Professionals, Douglas County Fair Board, Fire District 2, and is a past Board Member for Douglas Cares.
American Home Lending has received many awards which include: the News-Review Reader’s Choice Award for being voted the number one mortgage company in Douglas County for 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2012. She has also received the Douglas County Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year Award for 2009 & 2010, in addition she was presented with the “Excellence Award” in recognition of her ethical business practices from Rotary International, also the “You Make a Difference Award” for her community service and many kindnesses to others. In January of 2009 Sandy was chosen as the “First Citizen” by the Roseburg Area Chamber of Commerce for her unselfish devotion and distinguished service to the community.

Rochelle joined American Home Lending, LLC in September 2012. She is originally from Ferndale, WA. She moved to Oregon in 1991. Rochelle has worked in the title and escrow industry for 20 years. Fifteen of those years were escrow in Roseburg and Sutherlin as an Escrow Assistant and Escrow Officer/Branch Manager. "I am very excited about this career change and look forward to carrying out American Home Lending's motto, "We Help Make Your Dreams Come True". Rochelle lives in Roseburg with her husband and 2 sons (Ken and Dave). She enjoys listening to her youngest son's music in the bands he plays with, drawing/sketching with her oldest son and doing things together with her family.

Rita has lived in the Douglas County area for over 21 years. She and her husband Matt live in Sutherlin and are raising two daughters, Angelina and Acacia. Rita successfully earned her certificate as a Certified Residential Mortgage Processor and began her career with American Home Lending in 2000. Jasmine joined American Home Lending, LLC in early 2013. She and her husband Bobby live on a ranch in Lookingglass with their 2 young children, Robert Joseph III (LB) who is 6 and Ryder who is 2. Jasmine worked in the title and escrow industry for 8 years and then in the real estate industry for 5 years as a principal broker's assistant. She loves the detail, fast pace and excitement of the home buying process! Jasmine has worked in and has experience in many aspects of the home buying experience. Jasmines' husband Bobby has been in the construction business here in Douglas County for the last 16 years and they have owned and operated Bobby Geyer Construction for the last 5 years. She enjoys watching her son ride motorcycles which he has done since he was 2 with training wheels on his little motorcycle! He has also started wrestling as a 4 year old with the local mat club. Their daughter will be starting horse riding lessons soon and they are excited to begin another chapter with their children. Tawnya joined American Home Lending in July 2012. She was born and raised right here in Roseburg. Her husband, Dan, has been in the excavating business since 1982. Tawnya brings with her 25 plus years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. She and her husband own a ranch in Dixonville where they raise cattle. Tawnya loves her family which is growing. They have five children together and just recently a new grand baby boy. Tawnya also enjoys gardening, riding motorcycles and just about anything else outdoors.
